This cable has a pitch (basically the spacing between the wires) of 0.06mm/0.025". It's designed to snugly connect to a 1.27mm (0.05") pitch 2x5 box connector. It's worth noting that these cables aren't meant for programming most AVRs or other bigger devices with 0.1" pitch connectors. So, please make sure to verify your requirements before making your selection!
